Crime Stats Reports

The Crime Stats Reporting application provides 5 different types of reports, depending on the amount of information entered on the form. There are 5 types of information that can be entered: 
(1)	Date Range  (this is always required)
(2)	Agency (a listing of ARJIS agencies with crime stats data)
(3)	GeoArea Type (a listing of geographic areas specific to each agency)
(4)	Specific Area (a listing of named areas within a GeoArea Type)
(5)	Beat (an agency-specific beat number)
If a Date Range is specified, a county-wide summary of crimes for the given period is reported.

Including an Agency will create a summary report of crimes for the given period for the given agency is reported.

Including a GeoArea Type will create a summary report of crimes for all geographic areas defined under the given GeoArea Type. (This report may take a long time to generate)

Including a Specific Area will create a summary report for the given agency's specific geographic area.

If GeoArea Type is set to BEAT and a beat number is entered, a summary of the agency's beat is reported.
